To inquire by email, please include the item number and description, price, quantity, your name and address and a number where you can be reached. You will be contacted by telephone to confirm the purchase and arrange payment and shipping.
All orders are shipped by Canada Post unless you prefer Fedex or UPS. Shipping prices vary with the size and weight of the item based on the mailing option you choose. A $2.00 handling fee will be added to your invoice to defray packaging costs. All orders $100.00 or more are insured automatically. Other orders can be insured if required by the purchaser.
If for any reason you are not completely satisfied with your purchase, please contact me within 7 days. If, after our conversation, the item needs to be returned, send it in its original unworn or unused condition and in the original container within 10 days for a full refund. Please include the packing slip and sales receipt, a copy of your charge card receipt, and the reason for the return.
Damaged goods will not be refunded. There is no refund of shipping charges.
If you are returning a Special Order, a refund will not be given until the made-to-order item has been sold to another client.
Canadian taxes apply at a rate of 13%. The purchaser is responsible for any customs duties required.
